    [A]: Our roller chain products cover motorcycle chains, chain drives for industrial machinery, chain transmission for industrial machinery. Our pet products currently only include dog crates.

    [A]: Yes, we can customize products, we will develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • [Q]: Do you produce standard parts?

    [A]: Yes, of our roller chain products are standard parts, produced in accordance with ISO606 standards.

    [A]: We have high-speed assembly machines with an annual output of 3 million meters of roller chains.

  • [Q]: How does your company ensure product quality?

    [A]: First of all, all raw materials are strictly inspected before use; Secondly, optimize the production process to ensure the traceability of all products; Finally, we are responsible for all quality issues.

    [A]: When quoting, we will confirm with you on the incoterm, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. Before mass production, we need to receive at least 30% of the total contract amount as a down payment, and then the balance can be paid against the copy of the bill of lading. T/T is, of course, L/C is also available.

    [A]: Usually delivered by sea, from Ningbo or Shanghai port.

  • [Q]: Where are your goods mainly exported?

    [A]: Our roller chain products are mainly exported to Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and other countries. Our dog crates are mainly exported to the European market and the United States.
